Purchased by College Archivist at the Calvert County Fairgrounds Flea Market in Fall, 2022. Confirmed via correspondence with Mike Ellwood that he is the author of the document and that it was self-published (document does not have author or publication information).
Existence and Location of Copies
A copy for preservation purposes was bound and added to the Maryland circulating collection of the St. Mary's College of Maryland library.
