Addressed to Mrs. John T. Johnson. Complains that she is tired all the time, but afraid to catch up on sleep. Explains that she must grade papers. Discusses her week and calls it a “party week.” Invited to a dinner party held by Miss France. Explained she had a wonderful time even though she did not know many people there. Asks about a coat her mother sent her in the mail. Asks her mother to put a check into the savings bank. Discusses she will begin coaching + tutoring soon. Does not mind coaching because it means extra money. Discusses typing her thesis and is nervous to begin working on it.
