This series relates to the Tri-County Council for Southern Maryland, a partnership of the State of Maryland and local governments for Calvert, Charles and St. Mary's counties. The TCC serves as the regional planning and development organization for Southern Maryland. This series includes policy and proposals of the TCC as well as material about the workings of the TCC.
